A Dutch Gallery owner came to view my work yesterday.
He only wanted to see male ceramic torsos, so I re-hung the studio with all my male sculptures.
…and
…he bought them all. Every single one on the wall.
The only one he didn’t like was my favourite…
… a ceramic torso on a plinth with a cold bronze finish. So I may keep him for myself.
The rest of them will soon appear at Gallerie Mooi-Man in Amsterdam and Groningen
So now I need to find a male model to cast so that I can create a new series of sculptures. What fun!

Thank you, Keira. The really fab thing with this gallery is that they take their artist’s work to art fairs around Europe and America. I just love that kind of exposure without having to go anywhere myself. Well worth the commission!

He found my website on the internet…He was Googling ceramic torsos and I came up. And then he came to England to pick them up. Marvelous.

If we didn’t live so far away my older son would have loved to be one of your models. He is very well built and is the broad shoulder, broad chest type with slim hips. I absolutely adore your torso’s. They are absolutely breath-taking! 😀

I am not good with travelling and won’t be able to leave Simba alone for that long so I think when I do become a millionaire I am going to invite you over and pay for everything and then you can come and make a sculpture just for moi here at my house..hehehehe
