Welcome! I am glad you found me, and I hope you’ll enjoy reading my news and updates. I am a ceramic sculptor and I write about the ideas and techniques behind my work and a little bit about what inspires me.
I write about nature, my garden and the animals, ideas and people who share my world. I may sometimes wax lyrical about my home town Hastings, too.
My blog is home to my latest work in progress, news on ceramic and smoke firing workshops run from my studio, new exhibitions, galleries and commissions – if they’re exciting enough – plus chat about favourite recipes and techniques.

I met you once Anna, when you came to one of the late opening Thursday nights in the High Street. Yes I am the model for Colin’s nudes (although most of those were done a couple of years back) _ I think if he wants me to do it again i shall have to ease up on the wine and chocolate!

Ahh, so it is you! How wonderful. I remember the occasion very well, and I remember loving your sea/seashore inspired jewellery. Very much jewellery fit for a mermaid…I may pop my head around the corner and say hi during Old Town week, if you’re around.
