These little jewels glow….

About Anna

I am a ceramic sculptor living on the South coast near London, England. My work is influenced by my experience of the earth as a living being and seeing how we are all connected with eachother and with the things that surround us. I create ceramic torsos using molochite clay which I often smokefire in galvanised dustbins. I also make House Gods to protect and amuse, and Fat Birds - little smokefired sculptures that tell the story about what it is like to be a fat bird at peace with its surroundings.

    They are so pretty! Mine still sleeping…maybe they soon will bloom because next week the weather is going to be warm!

      Thank you. I love them too, but I worry about them what with the harsh climate they have to adapt to.They are the most fragile looking things….

      Hi Elaine, yes they are such delicate flowers, I do not know how they make it in such adverse conditions. I’m just grateful that they do…

        Oh, we are indeed Anna. Just been for a swim after cleaning the house and then Simba disappears into the bedroom because he doesn’t like swimming at all. LOL! Now I can rest. Enjoy your weekend. 🙂 *hugs*
